Clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material. Thepurified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and thendischarges from the air outlet. The cage inside the bag is used to support thebag and prevent the bag from collapsing. It also helps to remove andredistribute the cake.

2. PPS dust bag
PPSneedle felt is a kind of filter material made of PPS fiber (polyphenylenesulfide) by three-dimensional needling. It can be used for a long time at about160 C. PPS fiber is also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber, because of itsspecial molecular structure, and has good chemical stability and strengthintegrity, especially in high sulfur flue gas environment, suitable forcoal-fired boilers, power, waste incineration and other acidic flue gas filtrationenvironment.
3. Aramid bags
Aramidfiber (commonly known as: aromatic polyamide fiber), long-term temperatureresistance 204, instantaneous temperature resistance 240, alkali resistance isvery strong, acid resistance is medium, is a good material to deal with 180 ~220, high temperature gas. Aramid needle filter material is widely used in ironand steel, cement, electric power, chemical industry and other industries, isan ideal filter material for flue gas dust removal.
4. P84high temperature resistant dusting cloth bag
P84needle felt is made of P84 fiber by three-dimensional needling. P84 fiber (i.E. polyimide fiber) has very good high temperature resistance, high temperatureresistance up to 260, and the section of P84 fiber is irregular leaf shape,which can greatly improve the filtration effect. The fiber itself also hascertain anti hydrolysis and antioxidant properties. The product has goodtemperature resistance and good filtering effect, and is widely used inconcrete mixing, cement, waste incineration, coal-fired boiler and othercomplex working conditions.
5. PTFEdust bag.
PTFEneedle felt is a kind of filtering material made of PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) by three dimensional needling.
